Freshly Air Duct & Dryer Vent, doing business as Fresh Duct Cleaning TN (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides residential and light commercial air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, vent and airflow inspection, and HVAC vent sanitization services in Tennessee, including Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga.

We only collect what we need to quote and perform service.
- Information you give us. Name, phone number, email address, service address, the service you are interested in, and any details you include in a message or estimate request.
- Consent records. If you check a box to receive text messages, we record which box you checked, along with the date, time, and page where you gave consent.
- Service records. Appointment history, work performed, inspection notes, and payment status.
- Automatically collected data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected through standard web analytics and cookies.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 years of age.

4. Text messaging (SMS) program
Text message consent is collected separately from any other consent on our forms. Consent to receive text messages is never required in order to request an estimate or receive service. Marketing messages and non-marketing messages are consented to separately, and you may opt into one, both, or neither.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

5. How we share information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the business, and only to the extent needed to do their job. These include our customer relationship and messaging platform, our scheduling and payment processors, and our website analytics provider. Each is bound to protect your information and may not use it for their own marketing.
We may also disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, employees, or the public.
