Terms & Conditions
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of freshductcleaningtn.com and the services provided by
Freshly Air Duct & Dryer Vent, doing business as Fresh Duct Cleaning TN (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this
site, requesting an estimate, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services
We provide air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, vent and airflow inspection, and HVAC vent
sanitization for homes and small businesses in Tennessee. Service availability depends on
location, system type, and access conditions at the property.
3. Estimates, scheduling, and payment
- Estimates given by phone or web form are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed on site before work begins.
- Appointment windows are estimates. We will contact you if a technician is running outside the scheduled window.
- Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made in writing.
- Please provide safe, unobstructed access to vents, registers, and equipment. Additional charges may apply if access is blocked or if system conditions differ materially from what was described.
4. Text messaging terms
4.1 Who is messaging you
Text messages are sent by Freshly Air Duct & Dryer Vent, doing business as Fresh Duct Cleaning TN. Depending on
the consent you provide, you may receive appointment scheduling and confirmation messages,
technician arrival notifications, estimate follow-ups, and service reminders, and separately, if
you opt in, promotional messages about special offers, discounts, and service updates.
Consent is collected through separate, optional, unchecked checkboxes and is never a condition of
purchase or of submitting a form.
4.2 Opting out and getting help
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to [SMS NUMBER]. After you send the
SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been
unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join
again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

4.3 Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4.4 Message frequency and rates
As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from
you. You will receive up to 6 messages per month. If you have any questions about your text plan
or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

5. Warranty and limitation of liability
We perform services in a workmanlike manner using professional equipment. We do not warrant that
cleaning will resolve pre-existing HVAC mechanical problems, structural duct damage, mold
remediation needs, or indoor air quality conditions caused by factors outside the duct system.
We are not responsible for damage arising from prior improper installation, deteriorated
ductwork, or undisclosed conditions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to services is
limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages.
6. Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated same-day cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit for future bookings.
7. Website content
Site content, including text, images, and logos, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be
copied or reused without permission. Content is provided for general information and is not a
substitute for a professional on-site inspection.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these Terms at any time; the effective date above reflects the current version.
